The next are the rights that me (the artists) and you (the client have):

ArtistClient
Mantain copyright and ownership of my work and art.Use art for personal use only. (Share with friends, print, use it online...) as long as you give credit to me.
Refuse and turn-down any commission, including current ones I'm working on. Refunds may be issuedAsk for anonymous and not have your name associated with artwork when posted online.
Post WIPs and the finished piece online. (unless stated not to by client).Request refunds. Please read the refunds section!
Record timelapse or stream the process of the art. (unless stated not to by client).With Permission, use my art for commercial/business purposes.
(A bussiness license over the work has to be talked and agreed upon: it may entail commercial usage, Prices, Wages, Copyright and Ownership and Any other Legal Details.)
Retain money when finished artwork is declined.Ask for the unsigned & without watermark version: NOTE: You are not allowed to post this version online.

As the client you are not allowed nor have rights to:— Remove my sign or watermark.
— Use my artwork for anything related to AI, Cryptoart, criptocurrency, NFts.
— Copy, trace or steal my art and work.
— Use my art for commercial/business purposes without permission.

Important note: You are allowed to "rehome" my artworks when you are selling your character and the price of the artwork can be added to the value of the character.

<< About Progress of a Commission >>

— The progress time varies since I'm in my last months of uni, currently writing my thesis and soon will graduate. But I'll try my best to get your stuff done.— Please first reach out to me on Discord or Bsky!— After that: add your character's ref, any ideas you have like scenes, lighting, mood, poses, background, colors etc... You can also ask me to have full artistic freedom!► I can work with simple references but designing a character from 0 might add some extra cost!— You will be added to the commission waitlist.— I will do 2 to 3 rough sketches and you might choose 1. You can also ask to modify the pose, or combine them.► Discarded sketches might have their pose reused for other artworks! You can ask me to hold onto them if you want to buy them later!— Once you choose your favorite:
1.- I'll discuss the price final price with you.
2.- I'll send you the paylink (Stripe).
3.- Get to work as soon as you send the payment!— I love sending WIPs! So please do contact me on Discord so I can keep you updated! (Btw my first sketches always look ugly so you can ask to see them! xD).— Once it's finished I'll send a PNG and a compressed .zip file to preserve maximum quality. Either to your Discord DM or an email.

As stated above, I accept payments through Stripe paylinks!— Stripe's fee is about (7.9% + $0.30 in total) making the price higher, also because I'm Mexican and the price conversion is a bit more.The payment for commission is upfront.— If you can't pay it all at once and/or the commission is over $150, the commission can be held until you can pay or payment can be in increments (may cost more due to transaction and conversion fees).If you are unhappy PLEASE SAY SOMETHING: I won't feel bad and the sooner you say something I can fix it or find a compromise! You are paying for this and I want you to have the best art piece I can make for you. If at the end you aren't convinced I can issue a refund depending on how deep I am in the process:— Lineart stage: 60% refund
— Flat Colors stage: 40% refund
— Rendering (Shading) stage: 20% refund— Depending on how large and complex, edits/ corrections/ fixes/ changes/ revisions there can be an additional fee.— Prices are listed in USD, but might vary since I'm from Mexico and sometimes the USD exchange gets crazy.— After a price is agreed upon and you have sent the payment: I'll respect said price even if my commission listings change.
